Self cleansing on a Remove day

The optimal approach to self-cleansing for the expulsion of negative energy and the infusion of positive energy involves dispelling certain misconceptions that have circulated about the process. It's important to note that merely bathing in seven different colors of flowers is not a comprehensive solution. To achieve the best results, consider the following method:

Ingredients required for this self-cleansing ritual include

Sea salt to purge all energy

six-color chrysanthemum, + blue pea flower = 7 colours

citrus fruit slices ( recommended lime, kaffir lime, limau kasturi,  lemon, orange, grapfruit)

pomelo or kaffir leaves.

Here's a step-by-step guide to performing the cleansing:

1. Choose a remove day (除 日) that is  auspicious for cleansing. This will amplify the effectiveness of the ritual.

2. Begin the cleansing process by washing your body thoroughly from head to toe using a regular shampoo and bath. This initial step serves as a basic cleansing to remove surface impurities.

3. After the initial wash, exfoliate your skin using sea salt. This step is crucial in purging all lingering negative energies from your body. Rinse off the salt with water.

4. Next, immerse yourself in a bath containing the seven-color flowers , citrus fruit slices, and pomelo or kaffir leaves. This combination serves to not only cleanse any residual negative energy but also infuse your being with yang energy derived from the flowers, leaves, and fruits.

By adhering to these steps, you can engage in a holistic self-cleansing ritual that encompasses both the removal of negativity and the rejuvenation of positive energy within you. This process, when performed with intention and dedication, can promote overall well-being and spiritual harmony.
